Walking in the Ashdown Forest

We care deeply about the wildlife that share the forest and the flora in it, except the gorse of course which we happily stamp on... to restrict it.

March to August we avoid the open Heathland areas of the Ashdown, and stick to the wooded parts to avoid disturbing any woodlark or nightjar nests.  Any dogs that pose a danger to the deer we will have to stop walking.
